01 Medical Gas Plant

Medical gas plants are used in hospitals and other healthcare facilities to produce medical
gases such as oxygen, nitrous oxide, vacuum and medical air and make them suitable for
distribution. Medical gas plants which vary such as cylinder gas plants, medical air and
medical vacuum are produced as backed up according to medical standards.

02 Patient Bed Head Units

Bed Head Units are designed to provide integrated solutions which contains medical gas
service and electricity in patient room to help patient as well as nurse. It provides illumination
in the room with the lower reading lighting and the upper night lighting on the unit. With its
stylish design, it provides a comfortable appearance to patient rooms.

Pendants are designed to provide single point service for medical gas, electricity and
equipment positioning nearby the patient. Pendants are movable units that allow doctors and
hospital staff to easily access gas, electricity services and medical equipment i
rooms and intensive care units

They are zone control units produced according to medical standardsin order to separate
the gas line in each separate service and department in hospitals, to cut the gas in case of
emergency, to provide information with alarms at high pressure and low pressure levels, and
to intervene in case of breakdowns

Medical Gas sockets are the terminal units installed at the final delivery points in the medical
gas pipeline system. Gas outlets are produced in different standards for each gas. The main
purpose of the gas outlets is to allow the passage of gas if desired.

They are auxliary products used for medical purposes in intensive care services, operating
rooms and patient rooms. They are used to meet requirements of imaging equipment
stands, vacuum system equipment, serum and other medical drugs.

They are system components that patients use to call the nurse in emergency situations.
These systems are produced to transmit emergency call with its all system components such
as bed head unit button, door warning lamps, emergency code and blue code systems.

Medical Gas Plant

- Manifold Systems

These are the systems that are used for suppling the gases from gas cylinders (Oxygen, Nitrogen Protoxide, Nitrogen Carbon Dioxide) needed in hospitals and health care facilities.

- Automatic Medical Gas Manifold Supply Unit

Central gas cylinder supply units are the most important part of hospital medical gas systems. By regulating the high pressure coming from the cylinders, it ensures that the pressure is reduced to the value that should be sent to the pipeline. The automatic medical gas supply unit reduces the incoming high pressure to 8-10 bar pressure, thanks to the first stage regulators. Then, the second stage regulators regulate the reduced pressure again and bring it to the desired final pressure value. The oxygen supply unit is fed by manifolds where the cylinders are attached. Low pressure and high pressure sensors on the unit are connected to the digital alarm panel. An emergency alarm is activated when there is a possible low or high pressure on the system. The medical gas output pressure value and the cylinder remaining capacity can be monitored visually on the digital alarm panel screen.

- Features

• Automatic gas supply

• Visual and Sensory Alarm

Automatic medical gas manifold supply unit is produced in accordance with HTM 02-01, MDD 93/42/
EEC, EN ISO 7396-1 and ISO 13485 standards.
The system can be fed by cylinders or cylinder bundles. It can be integrated to liquid oxygen tanks or
oxygen generator stations.
Automatic Medical Gas Manifold Supply Unit can transmit all data to the central monitoring
systems thanks to the alarm unit. There are 3 different language options and adjustable lower pressure
value and upper pressure value alarm limits

Medical Gas Plant

Medical Air Plant

This plant provides the production of sterile air needed in hospitals.
Medical air facility; It consists of screw air compressors, compressed air tanks, chemical and physical air dryers, compressed air filters and medical air regulator panel. The working principle of the system starts with the delivery of compressed air from screw compressors to the pipeline. Compressed air coming out of the compressors varies between 7 and 10 bar, depending on the compressor pressure. The compressed air is then filled into the tanks and the compressed air passing through the tanks is dehumidified by air dryers. After this stage, the dried compressed air is sterilized by passing through particle trap, oil trap and active carbon filters. Compressed air reaches appropriate standards to meet medical requirements upon completion of adequate sterilizatiion processes. With the help of the regulator, line pressure is reduced to the desired pressure level and sent to the medical air system. Medical Air Plants are designed and manufactured according to ISO 13485 standard ISO 13485.

Technical Medical Air Plant

They are system components that provide the production of sterile air needed in hospi- tals.
alternative medical air plant options are systems used for more economical medical air production. These systems can be desig- ned as two redundant tank-over
system and back-up with cylinders or emer- gency feeding. It provides more economical opportunities to its customers by providing medical standards. It can be preferred iin hospitals, laboratories and medical areas with a small number of beds. Medical Air Plants are designed and manufactured according to ISO 13485 Quality Management.

- Screw Type Air Compressor

These are the machines used to obtain compressed air in the Medical Air Plant.
Screw air compressors working with the belt and pulley system, with the help of the separator filters, separate the air mixed with the oil passing through the screw group from the oil and send it to the radiator inlet. Oil-free compressed air is cooled in the radiator and given to the compressor outlet line.

- Features

• Long-lasting and durable internal structure • PLC Control Screen
• Belt-Pulley System

• Ease of periodic maintenance

- Compressed Air Tanks

Compressed air tanks are cylindrical structures that store compressed air in the system.
Compressed air tanks are produced in volumes of 250 liters, 500 liters, 1000 liters or 2000 liters, horizontally or vertically.

It is produced according to BS EN 286-1:1998+A2:2005 standards.

- Optional Features

• Automatic Evacuation System • Condenser Drain System

- Filter Group

It enables the compressed air in the medical air plant to be sterilized and converted into medical air.
It is placed after the dryer. The dehumidified air coming out of the dryer enters the general purpose element and the first filtration process is performed. Afterwards, it is purified again from the oiil particles and droplets remaining inside by passing through the oil trap precision filter. Afterwards, it passes through the activated carbon filter and the odor of oil and hydrocarbon derivatives gases are removed. Finally, the final filtration process is completed by passing through the particle trap filter element. It becomes compliant with medical air standards.

Medical Vacuum Plant

The medical vacuum unit is the main center of the suction system used in patient rooms, intensive care
services and during medical operations. Vacuum pumps connected in parallel with each other provide
suction by controlling each of them at equal time and intervals thanks to the same aging control panel. The
negative pressure filled into the vacuum tanks is then passed through the bacteria line filters. By means of
the PLC control panel, the active or passive status of each pump can be monitored.
Medical Vacuum Plants are designed and manufactured according to HTM 02-01, HTM 2021.
